5015c Ordinance AN ORDINANCE TO X.4END PARAGRAPH ONE OF SECTION 7 OF ORDINANCE No. 4405. Be It Ordained By the City Council of the City of Little Rock: Section 1. That Paragraph One of Section 7 of Ordinance No. 4405 be amended to read as follows: Section 2. The Grading of Milk, Cream, and Buttermilk: At least once every six (6) months the Health Officer shall announce through the press the grades of all milk, buttermilk, cultured buttermilk, Bulgarian and all other cultured buttermilk and cream supplies delivered by all producers, or distributors, and ultimately consumed within the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, or its police jurisdiction. Said grades shall be based upon the following standards, the grading of cream, butterinilk,. cultured buttermilk, Bulgarian buttermilk and all other cultured buttermilk being identical with the grading of milk except that the bacterial standard shall be doubled in the case of cream and omitted in the case of buttermilk, cultured buttermilk, Bulgarian buttermilk and all other specific cultured buttermilk.
