AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING ;)13,909.69 FOR PAYMENT OF
INTEREST COUPONS OF AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL

�l ANNEX BOND ISSUE OF NOVEMBER 1, 1929, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
.-BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $13,909.69 be, and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the 5o Sinking Fund for
payment of the following indebtedness of the City of Little
Roc'_, due and payable at the offices of Halsey, Stuart & Co.,
Inc., Chicago, Illinois, on March 1st, 1937:
Interest Coupons No. 5 for six (6)
month's interest on Airport, Fire
Equipment and Hospital Annex Bonds,
numbered 1 to 555, inclusive, dated
November 1, 1929, total principal
being $555,000.00; the amount of
said interest being ..................:13,075.00
Service Charge for paying coupons.... 34.69
TOTAL ................. $13,909.69
and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue a warrant therefor, payable to the Peoples Trust
Company, for the purposes herein recited, of such maturity
as they deem for the best interests of the City.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.
