5025ORDINANCE N0. AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A PERMIT TO W.P. KAj:iPBELL TO CONSTRUCT AND OPERATE A SERVICE STATION, NORTHEAST CORNER TWENTY SECOND AND PINE STREETS, DESCRIBED AS LOTS ELEVEN AND TWELVE, BLOCK TEN, NEIMEYE�i'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES: BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That permission is hereby granted to W.P. Kampbell to construct and operate a service station, northeast corner Twenty Second and Pine Streets, described as Lots eleven and twelve, Block tin, Nei.neyer's Addition to the City Of Little Rock, said construction to be made under the super- vision of the Building Commissioner and in accordtarre with the New Building Code Ordin2nce No. 4866, upon the payment of the fees applicable to said construction ,nd operation. Section 2. That all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances are, insofar as they conflict herewith, hereby repealed. Section 3.
