AN ORDINANCE AUT HORI ZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AND DELIVER
TO MRS. E:.`ILY BOYLE BOURNE A DEED TO CERTAIN LANDS INCLUDED IN THE
PRESENT AIRPORT IN EXCHANGE FOR OTHER LANDS ADJACENT TO THE AIRORT
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the P?ayor is hereby authorized to execute
and deliever to Mgrs. Emily Boyle Bourne a warranty deed to the follow-
ing described property, to -wit:
A part of the 'Northeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section Twelve (1?,), Township One (1)
North, Ranee Twelve (12) 74'est, more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast
corner of the 'Northeast quarter of the Southeast
quarter of Section Twelve Township One ",Jorth,
Range Twelve "!est, thence : "Vest along the South line
of the Northeast quarter of the Southeast quarter of said
,ection Twelve, a distance of eighty -three and five - tenths
(83.5) feet, thence in a ortheasterly direction on a
903016" curve to the left Ninety -Six and Two- tenths
(96.2) feet to a ;point on the east line of said Section
Twelve, thence South along; the east line of said

hereinbefore named upon receipt from such grantee of a deed to the
