BE-IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicles for more than one hour on 71e st Capitol .:venue from Ilain Street to State Street, except on the North side of Capitol .,venue from arch Street to Gaines Street where it shall be unlawful to park any vehicle for more than twenty minutes, during week days between the hours of Seven a.m. to Six p.m. Section 2. It shall be unlawful to park any vehicles for more than one hour on the `Vest side of :arch Street between Fourth Street and Capitol .venue and the East side of Gaines "treet from Fourth Street to Capitol .ivenue,between the hours of seven a.m. to six p.m. on week days. Section 3. All parking on ' "Jest Capitol ,.venue shall be angle parking from the alley between 'rain Street and Louisiana PrF- treet west to s :'treet. The penalties now in force for the violation of barking restrictions in the congested distract of the City shall apply to violations of the parking restrictions contained in this ordinance. Section 5. The congested condition of parking in the area* between brain Street and ads Street on Capitol avenue being dangerous to life and injurious to property, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after the date of its passage and all ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
