5062ORDINANCE NO. V AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE FIRE LI11ITS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE ROCK: SECTION 1. That from and after the passage of this ordinance the following shall be known as the fire limits of the City of Little Rock and all buildings erected, constructed, repaired, remodeled, removed or demolished shall be done in conformity with the Building Code of the City of Little Rock: (a)-- Beginning on the South Bank of the Arkansas River at a point which would be the center line of YicLean Street if extended, thence South along the center line of McLean Street to a point 150 feet south of Sixth Street; thence ',lest to a point 150 feet East of Rock Street; thence South to a point 150 feet South of Tenth Street; thence West to a point 150 feet East of Scott Street, thence South to the South boundary line of the Original City of Little Rock, thence nest along the South boundary of the Original City of Little Rock to Louisiana Street, north on Louisiara Street to Twelfth Street, then '.,est to 150 feet "test of Broadway, thence North to a. point 150 feet South of Tenth Street; thence ';lest to Cross Street, thence North on Cross Street to a point 150 feet North of Tenth Street; thence hest to Pulaski Street, thence South on Pulaski Street to a point 150 feet South of Tenth Street, thence ';lest to a point 150 feet 'JJest of High Street; thence North to a point 150 feet South of Eighth Street; thence Jest to a point 150 feet of Battery Street; thence North to a point 150 feet North of Seventh Street; thenceast to Rishop Street; thence North to a point 150 feet North of Third Street; thence East to a point 150 feet West of 'flood Lane, thence Nor th to the Missouri Pacific Railroad right -of -way; thence Northeasterly along the railroad right -of -Way to a point 150 feet East of Cross Street; thence South to a ,point 150 feet North of 11arkham, thence East to Gaines Street; thence North to the Arkansas River, thence East along the Arkansas River to a point of beginning. (b)-- Beginning at a point 150 feet South of the South property line of Prospect Avenue and ,Valnut Streets, thence `.;'ester - ly and parallel to Prospect Lvenue to the center of fiRonroe Street; A V.- Page 2. thence Northerly to a point 150 feet North of the North. property line of Monroe Street and Prospect Avenue; thence Easterly and parallel to Prospect Avenue to a point 150 feet North of the North property line of Prospect .'venue and VIalnut Street; thence South alon=° the center line of Walnut Street to the point of beginning. SECTION 2.
