5064, -1-) ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE PROPERTY AT 2215 Spring Street IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO BE UNSIGHTLY, UNSANITARY,HAZARDOUS AND OBNOXIOUS THEREBY CONSTITUTING A NUISANCE, ORDERING THE SAME TO BE REMoVED9 PROVI DING FOR ITS REMOVAL IN THE CASE OF FAILURE OF THE OiTNER TO COMPLY 134TH THIS ORDINANCE AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That the building located at 2215 Spring Street is hereby declared to be unsi3htly, unsanitary, hazardous and obnoxious and to constitute a nuisance to the surrounding neighborhood. Section 2. That the owner or agent of said building is hereby ordered to remove same within thirty (30) days from date of the passage of this ordinance. Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to mail a copy of this ordinance to such owner or agent and should said building not be removed within thirty days from date hereof he shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be fined in the sum of Fifty (:50.00) Dollars. Section 4. Should the owner or agent of said building be unknown the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to remove said building or cause same to be removed and shall proceed to sell the rmterials contained in said building, the proceeds of which shall be applied upon the expense of such removal. Section 5. The unsanitary conditions of said building has caused a nuisance to the health of the surrounding residents which should be removed immediately and an emergency is therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
