5070s t ORDIYANCE l;U . 4A 6 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $13,953.44 FOR PAYMENT OF INTEREST COUPONS AND SERVICE CHARGES THEREON, AND ALSO IN PAY - MENT OF SERVICE CHARGES ON KATURING PRINCIPAL OF THE AIRPORT, FIRE EgUIPAENT AND HOSPITAL ANINEX BOND ISSUE OF ivOVEYBER lst, 1929 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK: Section 1. That the sum of $13,953.44 be and the sar;:e is hereby appropriated out of the 510 Sinking Fund for the pay- ment of the following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock due and payable at the offices of Halsey Stuart & Company, Inc., Chicag o, Illinois on September 1st, 10,33: Interest $13,875.00 for Interest Coupons for six (6) months (Larch to Aug-ust,' Inc. 1933) on principal bonds No's 1 to 5�5 inc. dated November 1st, 1929 Amount principal 555;000.00. Service charges ?34.69 on interest amount being 1/4 of 1% of $13,875.00. Service charges $43.75 on maturing principal amount, being 1/8 of 1"o of $35,000.00. Grand total due $15,953.44. And the mayor -nd the City Clerk .-re hereby authorized to iss;ze warrants therefor, payable to the Peoples Bank, for the purposes herein recited, of such maturities as they deem for the best interest of the City.
