AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $36,495.00 FOR PAYMENT
OF SEMI— ANNUAL INTEREST COUPONS ON FUNDING BOND ISSUE OF MAY 1,
1925, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAIf= BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF RIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $36,495.00 be and the
same is hereby appropriated out of the Bond and Interest Rand
of the City of Little Rock, for the payment of the following
indebtedness, due and payable at the Chase National Bank of
New York City:
Interest Coupons No. 15, due November 1st, 1933,
for semi — annual interest on Funding Bonds Nos.
289 to 1910, inclusive, dated May 1, 1925 (total
principal being $1,622,000.00);
and the kkayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to
issue the City's warrant tiierefor, -oayable to the Peoples
Bank of Little Rock, Arkansas; the said Peoples Bank to remit
the amount received to the Chase National Bnk of New York
City for the purposes herein recited.
Section 2. That all ordinances or -parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its passage.
