BE IT ORDAINED BY
Section 1.

as follows:
AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 5071, passed
il, of the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, oil August
the same is hereby, amended in its entirety to read
"Section 1. That the property adjoining West Markham Street
from Fain to Victory, Third Street from Vain to the viaduct,
Prospect Avenue from the Viaduct to the Western,City Limits
and Gaines Street from Markham to Thirty -third Street as
depicted in the plats attached to this ordinance and :jade
a part hereof, shall be and is hereby reserved for the
future taking or acquisition for street purposes and such
plats as prepared and attached 'hereto are hereby approved
and adopted, except that the width of West Third Street
from main Street to the viaduct shall be fixed at eighty
(80) feet, as shown by the amendatory plat hereto attached,
and which is hereby approved and adopted."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage, and all ordinances and parts of
ordinan es only insofar as they conflict herewith are hereby repealed.
