D AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT AND AGREEMENT 'KITH THE ARKANSAS INDUSTRIAL AND RELIEF STATE AGENCY FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, MAINTENANCE, OPERATION AND PAYiJIENT OF AN ADIMINIaTRATION BUILDING AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF THE 'MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE IN THE LITTLE ROCK MUNICIPAL PARK KNOWN AS FAIR PARK AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT 0`� DAI NED BY THE CITY COUNCI L OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: SECTION 1. That the Board of Public affairs is hereby authorized to enter into a contract and agreement with the Arkansas Industrial and Relief state Agency for the construction, maintenance, operation and payment of an administration building and the improvement of the municipal golf course in the Little Rock 'Municipal Park known as Fair Park, upon such terms and conditions as may be agreed upon by the said Board of Public Affairs and the Arkansas Industrial and Relief State Agency, provided, however, that said contract and agreement shall not provide nor require that the City of Little Rock, shall incur any obligation or expenses which shall be payable from or out of the general revenues of the City of Little Rock other than such revenues as may be derived from the operation of the administration building and golf course at the Little Rock ' municipal Parko known as Fair Park. SECTION 2. The building; now used as an administration building and club house at Fair Park has reached such a bad state of repair that its use is dangerous to the safety of citizens and employees using and occupying said building for public and -private purposes, and triis dangerous condition making the immediate replacement of said building necessary for the peace, health and safety of the citizens of Little Rock, an emerency is therefore declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its pa {sage.
