5093ORDINANCE NO.- AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 17,577.00 FROM THE AIRPORT, FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE RUCK, AITM FOR OTHER PURPOSES. WHEREAS, under the provision of Resolution No. 1296 adopted by the City Council of the City of Little Rock on August 14th, 1933, the Board of Public Affairs was authorized to accept bids and let a contract for the purchase of 10,000 feet of 2Z inch and 1500 feet of 3 inch fire hose, now therefore, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That the sure of $7, 577.00 be, and the s ame is hereby appropriated out of the Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund, of the city of Little Rock, for the payment of the following bills, same to be charged to the account noted: FIRE EQUIP1 ENT ACCOUNT: — Fire Hose BiLateral Fire Hose Co. 1,425.00 Central Su-only Co. 1,900.00 Eureka Fire Hose Co. 2,352.00 Finley-Turner Tire & Service Co. 1,900.00 $7,577.00 and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the Citv's warrants to the parties named, in the amounts mention- ed, said warrants being drawn against the Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital Fund. Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
