5096ORDINANCE NO. 5096 AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF YINATURE POOL TALES AND DECLARING SUCH OPERATION TO BE A PRIVILEGE AND FIXING THE FEE THEREFOR, DECLARING AN Et4ERGENCY AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK: Section 1. That the operation of minature pool tables in the City of Little Rock is hereby declared to be a, privilege and persons operating any of such tables in the City of Little Rock shall pay therefor the sum of $12.00 annually. Said annual tax to be paid in semi - annual installments. Section 2. For the purpose of defining minature pool tables coming within the meaning of this ordinance such minature pool tables are hereby defined to be pool tables which do not exceed 60 inches in length and 30 inches in width. Section 3. Any pool table now being operated in Little Rock in excess of the width or the length of the tables defined in Section 2 hereof is hereby declared to be a standard or regular pool table and must conform in both its operation, location, installation and regulation to all of the regulations now existinL and which may in the future exist to the operation of pool tables and pool roods. Section 4.
