AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $8,367.04 TO BE APPLIED
ON DELINQUENT I!dPROVEMENT DISTRICT TAXES-ON PROPERTY OWNED BY
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
BE IT ORDAII;ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of 0,367.04 be and the
sane is hereby appropriated from the Auto Fund to apply on
delinquent Imnrove.ulent District taxes on ;)roperty owned by the
City of Little Rock as follows:

Section 2. That said payments shall include only such
taxes as shall have accrued prior to c.nd including the year 1931,
all penalties and costs deleted.
Section 3. That the mayor and the City Clerk are hereby
authorized to issue the City's warrants in the amounts named pay-
able to said Districts, from the Auto Fund, due June lst, 1934.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
