5125ORDINANCE NO. AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO ENTER INT`? A CONTRACT ''KITH HARLAN BARTHOLOMEW OF ST. LOUIS FOR THE SUPER - VT SI SON OF A ZONING SURVEY OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK: FOR THE DRAFTING AND DELIVERY OF A ZONING ORDINANCE TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK AND FOR OTHER nLTRPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LTTTLE ROCK: Section 1. That the Board of Public Affairs is hereby authorized and directed'-ft-'enter into" -a contract with Harlan Bartholomew of St. Louis, Missouri, wherein said Harlan Bartholomew is engaged to super- vise the Zoning survey of Little Rock, said survey to be made by workmen furnished and paid for by the Federal Organization known as the Civil ;forks Administration. The consideration to be paid for said supervision shall be Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650.00)t payment to be made upon completion of said survey. Said contract shall provide for the furnishing by the said Harlan Bartholomew of a zoning ordinance for Little Rock, based upon the information secured by reason of said survey, said zoning ordinance to be delivered to the City of Little :jock on or before February 1,1935. Upon the delivery of said Zoning Ordinance and the approval thereof by the City Planning Commission being secured the said Harlan Bartholomew shall be paid the additional sum of Eight Hundred Fifty Dollars ($850.00). Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage.
