AN ORDINANCE A:::ENDING SECTION 1673 CF BRICKH OUSE & CASTLE'S
DIGEST CF THE Ci'DINANCES OF TIIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK TO
PROVIDE FOR THE POSTIM OF A BOND FCR MASTER PLUMBERS AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES

SECTION 1. That Section 1673 of Brickhcuse & Castle's
-igest of the Ordinances of the City of Little Rock be and the
same hereby is aii, ended to read as follows:
"Every master plumber registered under this Ordinance
shall give a cash bond to t le City of Little Rock, Arkansas in'
the sum of Fifty Dollars (4":50) ; said bond to be for the usefoof
the City of Little Rock to insure proper refilling of excavations
and replacement of pavement as provided in Section 1640 of Erick-
house & Castle's Digest of the Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock."
SECTION 2. The purpose of this Ordinance is hereby
declared to be for the better protection of life and property,
the promotion and protection of public health, peace and safety,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passage and appro-
