�e it Enacted by the City Council of the City of Little Mock,
Arkansas;
SLCTION 1. That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3820, approved
June 8, 1925, be and the saLie is hereby amended so �s to read as

"There is hereby levied an assessment of benefits on the
lots, blocks, and parcels of land located in Street Improveuent
District No. 400 of the cite of Little Rock, Arkansas , in the
sane aiounts and in all respects conformable to the original
assessrient of benefit -- adopted by this Council following the
original organization of t.,-.,e said district, whic. said assess-
ment is on file in the City Clerkts office, and there is iiereby
levie, , out of the said assessment of benefits 5% of the sa_.ie,
to be collected annually beginning on the 15th. day of July,
1934) and continuing; so long as :.iay be necessary or until the

collected."
SyCTIJN 2. That all ordinances acid parts of ordinances in
