AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $23,072.65 FOR PAYMENT OF MATURING
PRINCIPAL, INTEREST ARID SERVICE CHARGES OF 5�(o IMPROVEMENT BONDS (AIRPORT,
FIRE EQUIPMENT AND HOSPITAL) DATED NOVEMBER 11 1929, DUE SEPTEMBER 1,
1934 VARIOUS, OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the sum of $3,072.65 be, and the same is
hereby, appropriated out of the 57"011Sinking Fund for payment of
the following indebtedness of the City of Little Rock, due and payable
at the office of Halsey, Stuart and Comp any, Chicago, Illinois on
September 1, 1934:

and the Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue a warrant
therefor, payable to the Peoples National Bank, for the purposes herein
recited, of such maturity, interest and service charges as they deem for
the best interests of the City.
Section 2. That the City Treasurer is hereby directed to for-
ward to the Halsey, Stuart and Company of Chicago, Illinois,out of the %
Sinking Fund, the sum of 110,,00.00 to pay the matjxing principal of 510
Improvement Bonds (Airport, Fire Equipment and Hospital) numbered 36 to 451
inclusive, and $13,072.65 to pay interest and service charges, same being
due and payable at the office of Halsey, Stuart and Co:�pany of Chicago,
Illinois on September 1st, 1934.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
