CONTRACT OR CONTRACTS V W h.EE LOWEST RESPONSIBLE BIDDER FOR
THE PURC:'ASE OF ONE (1) CAR LOAD OF CEMENT FOR THE STREET
DEPARTMENT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Mayor and Board of Public Affairs
are hereby authorized to advertise for bids and enter into a
contract or contracts, with the lov!est bidder for the purchase
of one (1) car load of cement for the use of the Street
Department, City of Little Rock.
Section 2. ZHEREAS, it is for the best interest of
the safety, health and peace of the citizens of the City of
Little Rock that said cement be purchased immediately, an
emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
