EIGHT INCH (811) LAVE NORTHWARD IN ABIGAIL STREET FROM ITS PRESENT
EITHT INCH 81i LINE IN WEST 225RD STREET TO WEST 19Th STREET, AND
INSTALL THEREON TWO STANDARD LUDLOW FIFE HYDRANTS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
Section 1. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered and
directed to install an eight inch (8t1) line in Abigail Street
from its present eight inch (811) line in ,,Test 23rd Street
northward to West 19t_Z Street, and install thereon Standard Lud-
low fire hydrants at the following locations.
Northiiest corner of Abigail and 4est 21st Streets
Southwest corner of Abigail and West 19th Streets
Section 2. This line and hydrants are ordered in accordance with
Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3290, passed August 13, 1923 and as
amended by Ordinance No. 3442 passed march 24, 1924, and as amend-
ed by Ordinance No. 4356 passed July 9, 1928.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of Ordinances in con-
flict here;�ith are hereby repealed only insofar as they conflict
jrvith this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
