5226ORDINANCE NC. 5226 AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE PCSQESSING OF SPIRITUOUS, VINOUS, A�TD /OR MALT LIQUCRS WITHOUT THE` <STATE EXCISE TAX HAVING BEEN PAID THEREON TO BE A "ISDEMEANTC�, FIXING THE PENALTY THEREFOR; AND FOR OTHER PURPCS ES BE IT ORDAINED SY THE CIT`t CCU ?CIL OF THE CITY CF LITTLE RCCK, ARKANSAS SECTION 1. From and after the passage of this act it shall be unlawful for any person to have in his rossession or control either on his person or on his premises any spirituous, vinous, and /or rnalt liquors on which the State Excise Tax has not been paid. SECTICN 2.
