3 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND LITTLE ROCK, ARK., RESOLUTION
4 NO. 11,833 (OCTOBER 5, 2004) TO CORRECT THE NAME OF THE
5 VENDOR SUPPLYING THE AIR PACKS AND AIR CYLINDERS
6 UNDER BID #4286; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS, in Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No. 11,833 (October 5, 2004), the
9 Board authorized the purchase of Air Packs and Air Cylinders for the Fire Department
10 under Bid #4286, and
11 WHEREAS, the name of the vendor to which the bid was awarded was
12 incorrectly stated, although the amount of the bid was correct.
13 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
14 THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. The Board hereby amends said Little Rock, Ark., Resolution No.
16 11,833 , by substituting the Metropolitan Fire Extinguisher Co., Inc. as the vendor to
17 supply the Air Packs and Air Cylinders under Bid #4286.
18 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence,
19 clause, phrase, or word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or
20 unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining
21 portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so
22 declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
23 resolution.
24 Section 3. Repealer. All ordinances and resolutions inconsistent with this
25 resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
