AN ORDINANCE '20 CANCEL THE LEVY OF ASSESSIIENl'
OF BEN=, ITS AGAINST EACLI OF TIE BLOCKS, LOTS
L:TD PARCELS OF LAND INCLUDED WITHIN THE BOUN-
DARIES OF SEW' R IMPROVE1,21 2 DISTRICT NO. 105
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKAT"�SAS, DUE IN
THE YEAR 1935 AND/OR THEREAFTER.
WHEREAS, the Board of Improvement of Sewer Improvement
District No. 105 has ascertained and reported to the City Council that
the financial condition of the district is such that it may meet all
its obligations, without the necessity of collecting the levy against
the property in the district due and payable in the year 1935, and has
requested that the 1935 levy and future levies against said property
be cancelled, and
WHEREAS, the Cicy Council of the City of Little Rack,
Arkansas, through its Improvement District Committee has found that,
according to the evidence submitted to it, that the district will be
able to meet its obligations without the necessity of the 1935 or
other levy of assessment.

NOW,- TIEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LITTLE ROCK,
Section 1. That the several blocks, lots and parcels
of land included in Sewer Improvement District No. 105 are hereby re-
leased from the levy heretofore made due and payable in the year 1935
or thereafter; the levy due in the year 1935 and thereafter is hereby
cancelled and set aside.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance being
necessary for the proper collection of taxes in said District an era -
ergency is therefore found to exist and same being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safet,,,' this:
