SANITATION COITTEE OF THE CITY COUNCIL AS A
MEIMER OF THE SEWER IMPROVE1,1ENT COM11ITTEE AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDANINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS
Section 1. That Ordinance No passed on the
day of , 1935, and approved on the
day of , 1935 be and the same is
hereby amended by adding the Chairman of the Sanitation
Committee of the Little Rock City Council to the Sewer
Improvement Committee created by said Ordinance No 9
Section 2. Whereas the construction of said sewer improvement
is a matter of vital importance to the health of the citizens
of Little Rock an emergency is hereby declared to exist and
this ordinance is declared to be necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety and the
same shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
