SECTION 1. The Hoard of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock is hereby aithorized and directed to advertise for and
receive bids for furnishing to the City of Little Rock one (1)
automobile, suitable for use of the Automobile Theft .Burea.0 of the
Little Rock Police Department.
aECTI^ 2. The Board of Public Affairs is hereby reouested
to report such information with its recormendation as to the -price of
said automobile to the City Council for further consideration.
3ECTIOi1 3. Whereas, the operation of the automobile Theft
Bureau is of vital importance to the owners and operators of a.utomd-
biles within the City of Little Rock, said agency is in immediate need
of an automobile for use in policing the streets and an emergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance is found to be necessary
for the immediate preservation of the pudic peace, health and safety
and the same shall, therefore, be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
