AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO
LET A CONTRACT FOR SCAVENGER SERVICE WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Board of Public Affairs of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas, is hereby authorized and directed to receive
bids and enter into a contract with so.::e person, firm or corporation
for scavenger service within the corporate limits of tihe City of
Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall become of ective from
and after date of its passage.
