LAMS LYING IN THE W1 1/4 SECTION 9, TOvli-
SHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST, TO LI`PTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS, FOR STREET PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY C OU14C IL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Sect, 1. That the following described land, in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
as follows, to -wit:
Starting at the common corner of Section 4, 5, 8 and 9, Toinship 1 Borth,
Range 12 ,Jest; thence South along or near the centerline of Woodrow Street, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, 340 feet to the centerline of "est Fourteenth Street for a
point of beginning, said point being Station 1 + 00, on the centerline of Survey Job
6205, West Fourteenth Street Viaduct Little Rock, Arkansas, as surveyed by the Arkansas
State Highway Commission.
Beginning at Station 1 + 00; thence North 84°30' East along or near the
centerline of nest Fourteenth Street, Little Rock, Arkansas 750 feet to Station 8 + 50,
the end of this description.
The right of way widths be dedicated for street purposes each side of the
hereinbefore described centerline alignment are as follows:

be, and the same is hereby dedicated and declared as a public thoroughfare.
Sect. 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Sect. 3. Whereas, the convenience, welfare and safety of the travelling public demand
that the viaduct at this point be reconstructed, and the approaches widened in order to
prevent the congestion of traffic on this street, and that the land hereinbefore described
in the City of Little Rock be set forth and dedicated for street purposes, an emergency
is Hereby declared to exist and this ordinance being necessary for the preservation_ of
the public peace, health and safety an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after is passage and publica-
tion..
