AN ORDINANCE DEDICATING CERTAIN LANDS LYING
IN SECTION 10, TOWITSHIP 1 NORTH, RANGE 12 WEST,
TO TIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARk:ANSAS, FOR
STF.FET PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF T15E CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Sect. 1. That the following described route of Highway Job 6212 over Main Street,
extended, in Little Rock, .Arkansas, as follows, to -wit : -
Startin.S at the intersection of the centerline of Train Street extended,
Little Rock, Arkansas, and the centerline of Roosevelt Road; thence North 1°241 'East
30 feet to a point 790 feet 1est of the common corner of Sections 10, 11, 14 and 15,
Township 1 North, Range 12 West, said point being on the centerline of Survey Job 6212,
Extension of Main Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, as surveyed by the Arkansas State
Highway Comnssion and this point is hereinafter designated as survey station 0 + 30,
for a point of beginning.
Beginning at Station 0 + 30, a point described above; thence ?vnrth 1 °241 East
570 feet to Station 6 + 00, the end of the Project, a point on the centerline of Main
Street as extended from Twenty- Third Street in a southerly direction.
The right of way widths dedicated for street purposes and hereinafter called
Fain Street, Little Rock, Arlhansas, shall be 40 feet each side of the hereinbefore de-
scribed centerline alignment, total width of Fain Street to be 80 feet, within the
limits of this description.
In any event the right of way widths conveyed shall conform in every detail
with the land outlined in red on the attached blue print which is made a part hereof.

Sect. 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Sect. 3. Whereas, the convenience, i,.elfare and safety of the travelling public demand
that tr_e route of the said Highway through the City of Little RoceAchanged to the route
herein set forth and dedicated, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this
ordinance being necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and safety
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and publication.
