5313ORDINEi.NCE NO. 5313• AN ORDINANCE TO PROHIBIT THE PARKING OF VEHICLES IN FRONT OF FIRE EXITS FROM THEATERS AND PUBLIC BUILD* INGS WITHIN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH ll CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS SECTION 1. That from and after the passage and approval of this ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm and /or corporation to park or caused to be parr;ed a vehicle of any 'hind in front of, or near enough to, any fire exit in any theater or public building in the Cit, of Little Rock, .Irkansas in such a manner that said exit would be blocked to prevent either the use of the exit by a person inside of said building or would prevent the use of said exit by firemen and fire equipment. SECTION 2. :ny person, firm and /or corporation found guilty of violating this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a ,nisdemean- or and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Twenty-five ,collars 023.00) . That from and after the passage and approval of this ordinance it shall be unlawful for any person, firm and /or corporation to park or caused to be par_.ed a vehicle of any kind in front of, or near enough to, any fire exit in any theater or public building in the City of Little :dock, _Irkansas in such a manner that said exit would be blocked to prevent either the use of the exit by a person inside of said building or would prevent the use of said exit by firemen and fire equipment. SECTION 2. any person, firm and /or corporation found guilty of violating; this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemean- or and upon conviction theraof shall be fined in any sum not to exceed Twenty -five Dollars 025.00). SECTION 3. Whereas, it is necessary to keep open fire exits to theaters and public buildings at all times, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
