ORDINANCE NO 5719.
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE N05279, `EHis
SA n' BEING AN ORDINANCE TO PROVIDE FOR THE INSPECTION
OF ALL FRUITS, PRODUCE, FISH, VEGETABLES, POULTRY AND /OR
PROVISIONS SOLD OR DELIVEREND IN THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, PASSED OCTOBER 14, 1935 AND APPROVED; AND FOR
OTHER PHUPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS
Section 1. Ordinance No. 5279, the same being an ordinancd
to provide for the inspection of all fruits, vegetables, fish,
pobl.try and /or produce and other provisions sold or delivered in
the city of Little Rock, passed and approved October 14, 1935s
is hreby repealed in its entirety.
Section 2. Whereas it is necessary for the preservation of
the public health, peace and safety of the public that this ordinance
be immediately effective, an emergency is hereby declared to exist
and this ordinance shall go into effect upon its passage and approval.
