BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: Section 1. Th<__,t the sum of $32,985.00 be and the same is hereby !�;nnropriated out of t:ae Bond End Interest Fund of the City of Little Rock for the payment of the following indebtedness due and payable at the Chase National B ;-,,nk, New York City: Interest Coupons No. 21 due 11ay 1, 1936 for semi — annual interest on Funding Bonds Nos. 478 to 1910, inclusive, dated cloy 1, 1925, at count X32, 242.50 (total principal being $1,433,000.00). Interest Coupons No. 1 due ;.`ay 1, 1936 for semi— annual interest on Refunding Bonds Nos. 1 to 66, inclusive, dated NoverAber 1 1935, amount 4'?742.50 (total nrinciral being $33,000.00j. Section 2. That the sum of $176.81 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Bond and Interest Fund of the City of Little Rock for the payment of the following indebtedness incurred in refunding $33,000.00 of 4 o Funding Bonds issue of T�:iay 1, 1925, re- funded as of November 1, 1935: Rose, Hemingway, Cantrell & Loughborough, to services preparing papers and approving $3,000 of Little Rock Refunding Bonds dated November 1, 1935. . . . . . . . . � ;100.00 Democrat Printing & Lithographing Company, to nrinting 66 bonds, and tax. 76.81 Total A176.51 Section 3. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby = ruthoriz- ed to issue the City's warrant or warrants therefor payable to the Peoples National Bank of Little Rock, Arkansas for the payment of semi— onnual interest herein recited in such amounts as they deem for the best interests of the City; the said Peoples National Bank to re::iit the amount received to the C lase National B,,nk of New York City for the purposes herein recited. Section 4. The Mayor and the City Clerk are hereby authorized to issue the City's warrants for the payment of exnenses incurred in refunding; said bonds herein mentioned payable to the ?parties anal in the amounts herein named for the purposes herein recited.
