AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF T-'-!Li' CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVELIENT DISTRICT TO BE
KNO IT AS STREET IMPROVE1f1EHT DISTRICT NO ;
DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY T1M CITY COUNCIL OF TIE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS
Section 1. That said Street ImTpovement District No
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be and the sai:ie is hereby
created and established for the purpose of making local improvements
therein by grading, draining, cuTbtng fluttering and paving the
following street:
North State Street from the North Line of
West 17arkharja Street to the right of way
of the Missouri Pacific Railroad
in such manner and with such materials as the co!mmiissioners of said
district shall determine tto be for the best inrterest of the
district; all to be done in the city of Little Rock, Arkansas, in
accordance with RRPRPFPPFP2P.PP9PEPPP2 the laws of the State of
Arkansas; and that the boundaries of said district shall include
the following property:
Lots one (1) to Seven (7) inclusive in
Block One Hundred Eighty One (1681);
Lots Four (1k) to Nine (9) inclusive in
Block 136 (One Hundred Thirty. Six);
Lots One 1) Two (2), and Three (3) and
Lots Ten ROj, Eleven (11) and Twelve (12)
In Block One Hundred Thirty Hine (1391
West 60, 1 of Block 3512 East 901 of the
EL of Bloci 351, and All of Block 103 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Sectio34 2. Whereas the Construction of said improvement will
res %,lt in placing -iany men now unemployed to work an drnergency is
hereby declared to exist and this ordinance is found to be necess-
ary for the immediate presergation of the public pleace health and
safety and the ame shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval; and all ordinances and parts of
ordinances ip c
