FEREEYS, The Board of lublic Affairs of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, on the 21st day of i::arch, 1936, entered into an agree-
ment with Raymond Rebsamen, Ford Dealer, for the lease of two (2) 1936
Ford dump trucks for use in the Street Department.

Now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF 2` OF LITTLE WCK,
Section 1. That the action of the Board of l ublio !affairs of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, in entering into an agreement vritb
Raymond Rebsamen, Ford Dealer, is hereby in all respects ratified, confirmed

Section 2. That the P ayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized
to issue the City's warrant or viarrants for rentals of said dump trucks at
the times and in the amounts as provided in said agreement.
Section 3. 1hereas, the Street Department of the City is in
urgent need of dump trucks for use in carrying on the necessary work of
the Department, it being necessary for the immediate preservation of the
public peace, health and safety of the citizens of the City of Little Rock,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in
full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
