Ay. CRDINANCE ASSESSING THE BENEFITS
TO BE RECEIVED BY TIM OMIERS OF EKCH
OF THE SEVEMAL LOTS, BLOCKS AND PAR -
CELS OF LAID 1,4ITHII`3 STREET II ZPROVE-
I ENT DISTRICT 2 ?0. 521 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
'MREAS, the majority of the property owners owning
r,rorerty adjoining the locality to be effected and situated in
Street Improve:ient District No. 521 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, organized for the purrose of curbing, guttering and
paving Hanger Street as therein set out, have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Lock, Arkansas, for the con-
struction of said improvement, and that the cost thereof shall be
assessed uron the real property of said district according to the
benefits received; and
,dMEREAS, said benefits received by each and every lot,
block and parcel of real property situated in said district
equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
dHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is
,x1,312.00;
NMJ, THEREFORE BE IT Y.'.�SOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
SECTICN 1. That the said several lots, blocks and parcels
of real property in said Street Imrrove -ent Listrict 1o. 521 of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be assessed according to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same now
remains in the office of the City Clerk, and that twenty -five
rer centum (25 %) of the assessment of benefits on each of said
lots, blocks and parcels of real property- shall be raid annually
on or before the lst day of 1"ovember of each year, beginning
with November, 1956, until the ti h ole of said local assessment of
benefits shall be paid.
SECTICI`; 2. till ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are herebj, rerealed, and this ordinance shall be
