AN URDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITI CLARK TO EXECUTE A
DEED 1OR CERTAIN PROP QTY CCGVEYING CITY'S INTER -w"T THE-UM; AND

BE IT ORDAINED BY M CITY COUBCIL UP THE CITY OF LITTLE MOCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. Whereas the City has acquired the ownership
of the follor ing described property, to wit:
South Forty -One and vne -half feet (S 4*1 )
of .â–ºgot aeven(7), block - hreo(3), Pettifer's
Addition to the city of LittleAlock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas
in securing the right of way for the 25th., Street Project and
such property 18` -not necessary for use in said right -of wety and
the City has been offered by York Orawford and Mattie Crawford,
his wife, the 6outh 2orty -One and One -half feet (S 41 *') of
Lot Tea(l0), Reeves ' ubdivision of Lots One(1), and lwelve(12),
Block Seventeen (17), Rapley O'state which property is necessary
for use in said right -of -way and a further consideration of
Three Hundred Eighty & no/100 Dollars(4380000) to be evidenced
by note executed by said York Crawford and Llattie 14rawford, his
wife, and to be drawn and made payable to the City of Little
Rook and maturing in monthly installments of Three & 51100
Dollars(43.51) with interest at the rate of 5/ per annum,
interest payable monthly, the Mayor and "ity Clerk are hereby
authorized and directed to accept from the said York Orawford
and -4attie Crawford, his wife, the said Mouth 41* feet of Lot
10, Reeves Subdivision of Lots 1 and 12, block 17, Rapley
Estate and the said Note for 4380.00, and they are further
authorized and directed to execute City's Deed, conveying said
property to =ork Crawford and Mattie "rawford, his wife.
SECTION 2. Whereas additional money and the above described
property is needed for completion of 25th Street Project, as
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance is
found to be necessary for the protection and preservation of
the public health, peace and safety anri same shall be in full
force aril effect from and after its passage and approval.
