AN ORDINANCE RENEWING AND EXTENDING LEASE TO THE
PLUNKETT- JARRELL GROCER COMPANY ON CERTAIN PROPERTY
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
ARKANSAS: ,
Section 1. That the lease executed by the City of
Little Rock on November 2, 1920 and expiring on November 2,
H 1935., in favor of the Plunkett - Jarrell Grocer Company, eover-

ing the following described property, to -wit:
A strip of ground eight feet wide lying North of and
adjacent to a wall across North Ferry Street on a
rline commencing at the Northwest corner of the build-
CA ing now occupied by the Plunkett - Jarrell Grocer Company,
to the Northeast corner of the building nou occupied by
the Arkansas Paper Company;
be and the same is hereby renewed and extended for a period of
fifteen years from November 2, 1935, under the same terms and
conditions as contained in the original lease as it now
appears of record in the office of the City Cler1c in Record of
Leases, at page 69.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
