AN ORDINANCE CRE MNG A "TRAFFIC COMISSION" .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK:
Section 1. There is hereby established a traffic
commission to serve without compensation, consisting of all
elective °and appointive city officers, whose duties have to

conditions, administration and enforcement of traffic regulat-
