APPROPRIATED FROM THE ROAD FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK
FOR THE PURCHASE OF NECESSARY RIGHT—OF—WAY FOR USE IN
CONSTRUCTION OF SEVENTH STREET UNDERPASS, TO R. E. OVERMAN,
mRUSTEE OF SEVENTH STREET UNDERPAS) FUND, AWD FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
bE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.-
Section 1. That the 11ayor and City Clerk of tae
City of Little Rock are hereby authorized and directed to
issue the City's warrant or warrants drawn on the Road Fund
in the sum of Four Thousand (44,000.00) Dollars, appropriated
by Ordinance No. 5409, passed January 11th, 1937, payable to
R. 1. Overman as Trustee of Seventh Street Underpass Fund.
Section 2. The purchase of said right—of—way for
the Seventh Street Underpass as directed by Ordinance No.
5409 being necessary for the preservatica of the public
peace, health and safety, an emergency is hereby dedlared
to exist and. this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
