DOLLARS FROM THE GENERAL FUND OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK FOR
THE PURPOSE OF SETTLING DAMAGES SUFFERED AS A RESULT OF
COLLISION BETWEEN A TRUCK OPERATED BY THE CITY OF LITTLE

PORT, DIRECTING PAYMENT OF SAID SUM, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:

Section 1. That the sum of One Hundred ($100.00)
Dollars is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the
City of Little Rock for the purpose of settling damages
suffered as a result of a collision between an Electric
Department truck operated by the City of Little Rock
and a
car owned by T. A. Poat and operated by 11rs. T. A. Poat,
said accident occurring at the intersection of Fifth and
Cross Streets on August 6th, 1936.
Section 2. That the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue the City's warrant in the amount
named, and to the proper parties, upon the execution by T. A.
Poat and ::$rs. T. A. Poat of a full and complete release
discharging the City of Little Rock from any further liability
to the said T. A. Poat and Yrs. T. A. Poat, their heirs or
assigns, and in full settlement of any and all damages of
whatever kind or character suffered as a result of said
collision.
