All ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK
OF TTIE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS TO DEED CE- PT'AIN PROPERTY
TO THE STATE CF ARKANSAS TO BE USED SOLELY FOR THE BENENFIT OF
THE AVIATION UNIT OF THE ARKANSAS NATIONAL GUARD, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES,
BE IT ORDAINED RY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and Ci ,. Clerk are hereby ordered
and directed to deed to the State Arkansas property described
in the deed attached hereto and Made a part hereof.
SECTION 2. Said property is to be forever used by the State
solely for aviation purposes and the Arkansas National Guard, and
it is expressly understood and agreed by and between the parties
th. -t any attempt to pass title or dispose of the property herein
conveyed shall void the deed herein provided for, and such property
and the appurtenances thereunto belonging, shall revert to the City
of Lit tl e Rock.

right-of-way or priority in the use of said field, and grantor will continue
to extend to said Squadron the sa:-e '-free ser-does of said field as are now
