AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $7,000.009 OR SO MUCH
THEREOF AS MAY BE NECESSARY, FROM THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE
PURPOSE OF SECURING THE ERECTION OF A MUNICIPAL HANGAR AND
ADMINISTRATION BUILDING AT THE MUNICIPAL AIRPORT; AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR AND BOARD OF PUBLIC AFFAIRS TO TAKE SUCH BIDS
AS ARE NECESSARY AND MARE SUCH CONTRACTS AS ARE NECESSARY
TO SECURE SAID HANGAR D ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, AND TO

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the
General Fund of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas the sum
of Seven Thousand ($7,000.00) Dollars, or so much thereof
as may be necessary for the purchase, erection and /or
construction of the hangar and administration building at
the Little Rock Municipal Airport.
Section 2. The Mayor and Board of Public Affairs
are hereby authorized and directed to advertise for bids on
such project and to enter into all necessary agreements and
contracts for the construction of said hangar and adminis-
tration building.
Section 3. Whereas, no hangar facilities ere now
available at said airport an airplane using said airport
must be stored in the open, an emergency is therefore declar-
ed to exist and this ordinance is found to be necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and
safety and same shall be in full force and effect from and
aftex its passage and approval.
