AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE '10. 4372; A,-?D FOR OTHER
PURPOSES
BE IT 0'r DAI NED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS
SECTION 1. erection nineteen of Ordinance No. 4372 of the
Ordinances of the City of Little stock, approved :eptember 24, 1928,
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 19. Buildings of frame construction on Taste and
drainage lines must be of cast iron soil pipe or lead ".
SECTION 2. That section 38 of said Ordinance No. 4372 is
hereby amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 38. 'No tap tes or solder nipples shall be allowed
in waste lines, vent or revent pipe on sewer side of the trap,
extent union connections that come iith the trap, and then only
when in or below the sel of the trap.'T
