AN ORDINANCE TO I' MIT B.A. WARREN TO ERECT A SMU VICE
STATION, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNTYCIL OF TIM" CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, AMUTSAS
SECTIOIT 1. That from and after the passage of this
ordinance it shall be lawful for B.A. vilarren to construct,
maintain and operate a modern brick in and out gasoline
service station for the handling of €asoline, oil, and oil
products, tires, etc, and to do any and all thinks incident
generally to that found in a modern gasoline service station,
and to cut a sidewalk curb on each of the boundary streets
to the eiitrances of said service station, upon the following
described property located in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, towit :
A certain parcel of ground in the Southeast( SE)
corner of 7th and Johnson Streets, being the
North 65 feet of Lots 1 and 2. Block 1, Tower -
grove Addition to the City of Little Rock, Ar-
kansas.
SECTIC� N 2. For the relief of the said B.A. Warren and
for the accommodation of the public, and the immediate ef-
fectiveness of this ordinance being necessary for the public
peace, health and safety, and of that of the said B.A. '- Barren,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist, the same shall be
in full force and effect from and after its ?passage and approval,
