In order to better promote efficiency in the Fire Department of the City of Little Rock, it is hereby or- dained that all employees of the ;-,ittle --?ock Fire Department shall be graded by the length of service that such employees have served in the respective departments, and such divisions shall be as follows: (1) Employees Who have served one year or less shall be known as "probation men ". (2) Employees -io have served two years shall be known as "two -year men". (3) Employees who have served three years shall be known as It free -year men ". E C T I C 1,111 2. It is hereby ordain -ed that the Fire De- partment shall have the following; officers: Chief of Tire Department, First Assistant Chief, c-econd Assistant :lief, Third Assistant hi ef, Inspector, ec- retary, Iliechanic, Electrician, Captains, Junior Capt=ains, Op- erators, Laddermen and Hosemen. 'ECTION 5.
