P)42�` .� AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARY SCHEDULE OF ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THE LITTLE ROCK POLICE DEPARTMENT AS OF FEBRUARY 1, 1937; REPEALI11a ALL ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEPE.`ITH; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AS LITTLE RUCK, A�Kli 4S SECTION 1. In order to better promote efficiency in the police and detective departments of the City of Little Rock, it is hereby ordained that all employees of the Little Rock Police Department and detective department stall be graded by the length of service that such employees have served in the respective departments, and such divisions shall be as follows: (1) Employees who have served one (1) year or less shall be known as "probation men". (2) Those ..-rho have served two (2) years shall be :mown as "two -year men ". (3) Those who have served three (3) years shall be kno�an as "three -year men ". (4) Those who have served four (4) years shall be known as "four -year men ". (5) Those aho have served five (5) fears or longer shall be known as "five -year men". SECTION 2. Salary schedules herein provided shall be effective as of February 1, 1937. LCTIOII 4.
