AN ORDINANCE DESIGNATING THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY
HOSPITAL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; FIXING THE SALARIES
THEREOF; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAIPvED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That effective as of February 1, 1937 the
e-mployees of the Little Rock City Hospital shall be as designated
in Section two of this ordinance and each such employee shall
receive monthly compensation for his or her services not to exceed
the amount set opposite the respective positions as listed in
Section two hereof.
Section 2. Said employees shall be as follows and the
compensation to which each shall be entitled per month shall be
not to exceed that unount herein set out:

Section 3. Whereas it is necessary, in order to prepare
the budget for the City of Little Rock for the ensuing fiscal year,
that this ordinance become effective irmnediately, an emergency is,
therefore, hereby declared to exist and this ordinance is found to
be necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace,
health and safety and same shall be in full force and effect from
and after its passage and approval.
