SECTION 1. That from and after the passage of this ordin-
ance it shall be lawfal for the Farmerst Exchange iarket, Inc.
to construct, maintain and operate certain buildings of a type
of construction similar to that employed in the construction of
the buildin =!:s already located on the site as follows, to -sit:
One building two hundred fifty -six feet (2561) in
length by fifty feet (50t) in width; and
One building one hundred fifty feet (1501) in length
by thirty -t vo feet (321) in width
upon the folloviing described property located in the City of
Little _`lock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, to -wit:
Block One Hundred Sixty -four (164), Original City
of Little .ock, Pulaski County, State of Arkansas
1,Z 'CTION 2. For the relief of the said Farmers' Exchange
Markets, Inc. for the accommodation of the public, and the im-
mediate affectiveness of this ordinance being necessary for the
public peace, health and safety, and of that of the said 'armersl
Exchange 11arket, Inc., an emergency is hereby declared to exist,
and the same shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and approval.
