AN ORDINANCE RESTRICTING THE PL?KING AREA ON `NEST SIXTH
AND WEST SEVENTH STREETS, FROM CETUR TO JV RING STREETS,
AND ON CENTER AND SPRING STREET S, FROM :%IXT H TO SEVENTH
STREETS, TO ONE (1) HOUR; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK, AftY:AVS_':
SECTION 1. From and after the pas
of this ordinance it shall be unlan ful to park any automobile
or any other vehicle, for more than one (1) hour continuous
parking on 'est Sixth and :`vest Seventh btreets, from Center
Street to :spring, treet, and also on jenter and 2 -ring :streets
from �est Sixth to est aeventh -treets.
SECTIO' 2. Any person, firm and /or corporation vio-
lating; the provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a
misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be fined in any
sum not less than One (01.00) Dollar nor more then Five ( 5.00)
Dollars.
ECTIC ' 3. 'hareas, continuous parninF on these street

ness in this area, an emergency is therefore declared to exist,
and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.
