AN ORDINANCE TO AI:,1END ORDINANCE NO. 5430 ENTITLED
"AN ORDINANCE DECLARING CERTAIN OCCUPATIONS TO BE A PRIVILEGE,
PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION OF THE ORDINANCE, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES," PASSED APRIL 5th, 1937, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That Section 1 of said Ordinance be
amended in the following particulars:
That the privilege tax of "$10.00" be reduced to 47-5011-
Section 2. That the following be inserted at the
bottom of said Section 1:
"Any privilege t a.x paid during the last six (b) months of the
fiscal yeFr shall be on the basis of one -half of the annual
tax. 11
