TRANSPORTATION COMPANY ON THE FIFTEENTH STREET LINE FROM
FIFTH AND MAIN STREETS NORTH AND PROVIDING THAT BUSES ON T

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That that part of Section 1 of Ordinance
No. 5354, passed July 13, 1936, entitled "An Ordinance to
Amend Ordinance No. 876, entitled: 'An Ordinance Granting
a Right of Way over Certain Streets of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas, to the Little Rock Traction & Electric
Company for the construction, operation and maintenance of
a Street Railway System', Passed September 27, 1901; By
Granting to Capital Transportation Company, Assignee of
said Franchise, its Successors and Assigns, the Exclusive
Right to Operate Buses instead of Street Cars over its
Fifteenth Street Line", describing the route of such buses,
be amended to read as follows:
West Fifteenth Street Line:
Beginning at Markham and Main Streets; Vilest on
Markham street to Louisiana street; South on
Louisiana street to Second street; East on Second
street to Main street; South on Fain street to
Fifteenth street; Vest on Fifteenth street to
Pulaski street; South on Pulaski street to Sixteenth
street; Vest on Sixteenth street to Park. Avenue;
South on Park Avenue to Wright Avenue, East on Vright
Avenue to Summit Avenue; South on Summit Avenue to
Twenty —fifth street (Roosevelt Road); thence South
across Twenty —fifth street (Roosevelt Road), turning
on Company's property at that place; return over
same route to Second and Main streets; thence North
on Main street to Markham street, the beginning of
route; suitable stops for such buses to be designated
by the City authorities at the curb on the Southwest
Corner of 11arkham and Louisiana streets, and at the
curb on the Southv�est corner of Second and Main
streets, and parking thereat by others to be prohibited.
Section 2. The buses operated by the Capital Trans-
portation Company on its Fifteenth street line may be driven
through, across and over safety zones.

Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be
in force upon its passage and acceptance by the Capital
Transportation Company, evidenced by its endorsement made
upon this Ordinance, or the record thereof; and upon such
acceptance shall become a part of the franchise of that
Company embodied in Ordinance No. 376, passed September
27, 1901, and the amendments thereto.
